Hot Items
Hot crab with toast tips
Fried popcorn shrimp with sauce
Chicken or Beef satay with choice of dipping sauce
Swedish meatballs
Scallops wrapped in bacon
Mini crab cakes with rémoulade
Tomato bruschetta with toast points

Carving Station*
Choose two: roast beef, glazed pork loin, roast turkey breast or honey roasted ham.
Served with assorted rolls and condiments.

Pasta station*
Choose two: fettuccini spaghetti, angel hair, meat sauce, or tortellini.
Served with marinara, meat sauce, or alfredo sauce.

*Pasta and carving stations will be an additional $40.00 per event.

Cold Items
Assorted open-face canapés: smoked salmon, goat cheese, cream cheese and herb roulades
Shrimp or chicken salad brioche
Cheese Display with domestic and imported cheeses served with crackers
Tomato bruschetta with toast points
Elegant fruit display with seasonal fruits
Crudite served with appropriate dipping sauces
Smoked salmon with piped cream cheese, red onion, chopped egg, capers and toast points
Peel and eat shrimp on ice display (add $1.50 per person)
